Claire was mortified. Upon closer inspection she realized the pendant she had just complimented was not a sweet little ball of yarn but instead it was a cluster of earthworms. The more she starred at it, the more animated they became. One by one they squiggled their way out of the ball and fell to the floor only to be replaced by more worms. It was a never-ending, ever lasting ball of nightmares.
