How do I take care of my Jewelry?
A Care Instruction card is sent with every jewelry purchase so you can make your piece last for years without showing signs of wear. They are pretty common sense things that we sometimes forget. Just try to remember to remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming or exercise. Keep them off keychains or away from things that can scratch their surface. Some harsh chemicals like cleaning agents can eat away at the surface so best not to use them. The same can be said for lotions, hairsprays or perfumes so try to be mindful about these products making direct contact with your new purchase. Each piece of jewelry is made from different materials but these are good rules to keep in mind for whichever piece you own, even if it's not from Crimeberry.
I should also mention that all jewelry sold here is meant for ages 14 and up
How do I take care of my Tees?
Following the Care Instructions on the label is the most important thing when it comes to making your t-shirts last for many years. Crimeberry buys quality blanks and pays extra to make sure these Tees are created to a high quality standard. If you want your shirt to look just as fresh three years from now, please follow those cryptic squares, X's and circles to a T.

How do I order?
Open the product you are interested in purchasing and click the black "add to cart" button. From there you can choose your method of payment. If you run into any problems you can email support@crimeberry.com for help. Items are only shipped out after full payment is received.
Do I need to create an account?
No. I don't like when this is a requirement so an account is completely optional upon checkout. The good thing about creating an account with Crimeberry is that it keeps track of your previous purchases and remembers all your information to make checking out faster.
What is a "Pre-Order"?
Sometimes we offer a product before it's officially in stock based on a pre-production sample. We make sure to ship these out to buyers as soon as we receive them and before they are officially listed for sale anywhere. Pre-Orders ensure that you are the first to get your hands on the item and any exclusive bonus that may come with it. If its a Limited Edition item, it also guarantees that you get one before they are sold out.
It could take up to 2 months before your Pre-Order is ready to be shipped to you but your money will never be taken from your account until the goods are ready to be mailed out. You may cancel any time before shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. Sometimes excitement takes over and mistakes are made. If your order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled and you can receive a full refund. If you order has already been shipped out it will need to returned instead. We've made the process easier by setting up a Returns page.
Is it safe to buy from this website?
Yes. All the information you provide is protected by the same level of security used by banks. This website uses 256- Bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
Some things to keep an eye on when shopping online: Always look for "https" rather than "http" and the padlock symbol to the left of the websites address . This tells you that a website is secure.
PAYMENT:
Which forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (credit or debit cards), Apple Pay and Stripe. At this time these are the only available ways to make a purchase.
Can I pay in my currency?
Crimeberry is a Canadian based company operating in CAD dollars. Your currency may be displayed while you browse the shop so you can get a better idea of how much it will cost. At the end of checkout it likes to revert back to Canadian dollars to pay... I don't like this either but at the moment I have no control over it. Some items on this website are also available on Etsy if that is preferred.
SHIPPING:
Does Crimeberry ship worldwide?
Yes! However some countries have high import fees, certain restrictions, or might have the tendency to lose packages which may mean having to pay a lot more for postage. A list of countries and their rates can be found on the Shipping Page. If you don't see your country listed or you're interested in different shipping options, you can also calculate the cost in real time during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
It varies from country to country as well as from piece to piece. A detailed description can be found on the Shipping Page or calculated in real time during checkout.
How are orders shipped?
All orders start in Canada and are shipped with the help of either Canada Post or United States Postal Service. Because of a close proximity to the border, Crimeberry is sometimes able to take advantage of the shipping rates from both Countries. We may also use UPS, DHL or Fed-Ex.
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure a safe trip to even the furthest countries.
Will there be Duties/Customs fee?
This is possible. Customs/Duties (taxes, import fees, etc.) are charged by your country. Each country has their own rules regarding the charges, if any. I am sorry but Crimeberry has no control over these fees (or I would eradicate them) and the responsibility to pay them them is with the buyer. To be on the safe side it is a good idea to either ask your countries customs agency or do some research online to find out if you may be charged before placing an order.
If an item is returned due to a refusal to pay the fees, you will be refunded for the cost of the item but unfortunately not the cost of shipping. Refunds are made once your package arrives at Crimeberry.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your order (with the exception of Pre-Orders) will be sent within 1-3 days after purchase. Shipping times are:
Canada 2-9 business days
USA 5-9 business days
International 7-21 business days
Can I upgrade my shipping so it will arrive faster?
Yes. If you need your package there faster than the times above you can view other optional rates during checkout. If you are shipping to a rural area, the shipping times may be different than listed at checkout. To be on the safe side I recommend sending an email to support@crimeberry.com with the day you need your order by, your postal/zip code and country. From there I can let you know the most accurate shipping times. All shipping must be paid before the items are sent.
Can I downgrade my shipping so it will cost less?
All orders must be sent with Tracking and Insurance. Items ship from Canada but because of a close proximity to the United States border, we use either Canada Post or United States Postal Service depending on which one offers the best rate. Because of this there is not any wiggle room left for a cheaper shipping price.
Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
I feel you, shipping is expensive. Crimeberry does not have a store front but if we are attending any events (like Fan Expo for example) it will be posted in the "News" section as well as through social media @TrueCrimeberry. Free pick ups can be available at these events.
What if my product arrives damaged?
All products are carefully wrapped to ensure a safe journey, even to the furthest of countries. If you open your package and there is any damage to the item you have bought, you are fully insured as all packages are sent with Tracking and Insurance. Does this relate to you? What if my package goes missing?
Tracking numbers and Insurance are provided for all packages. If your item goes AWOL we can locate the runaway and punish him accordingly. If using your tracking number doesn't help, contact support@crimeberry.com
RETURNS:
Can I return my purchase?
Yes! If you are unhappy for any reason you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it in the mail for your refund minus the cost of shipping. Just be sure to use the original packaging or its equivalent to ensure the products safe journey through the shipping process. Refunds are sent upon its safe arrival to my mailbox. HELPFUL: Depending on which country you are shipping from, Paypal may offer you free postage to make your return! If you have used Paypal be sure to look into this.
